3. Eligibility

• Only individuals authorized by WAPL or collaborating companies may register.
• By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to make the payment or register on behalf of the organization.

4. Certification Registration & Payment

• Certification Name: WAPL Certification
• Fee:
  • $0 USD for internal WAPL employees
  • $2 USD for external or collaborating companies
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay.

5. Payment Method

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• WAPL Work Bench does not store any card, UPI, or bank account information.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made towards WAPL Certification are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the payment is completed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, course material, and certification resources provided by WAPL Work Bench are the intellectual property of Wynara Analytics Pvt Ltd. Any reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Wynara Analytics Pvt Ltd is not responsible for technical issues during form submission or payment, provided reasonable safeguards are in place.
• The company is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the sharing of login credentials by the user.
